Description

The taste and aroma are very tasty and pleasant. Gathering period: from mid-November until end of March. Where does it grow: grows in highly porous calcareous terrains. It grows 5-30cm under the surface, in symbiosis with the following trees: Scots Pine, Downy Oak, Holm Oak, Oak, Black Hop-hornbeam, and Common Hazel.
